New Child Product Law Effected February 2009
They have deem this day as National Bankrupcty Day for alot of businesses. Do you sell or do you buy children items,if so you must act now. Everyone likes to go by garage sales,estate sales, etc. looking for a bargain. Well that might soon come to an end. It will soon be against the law to sell your preworn kids clothes on ebay without having them tested first. With the economy being the way it is, everyone is trying to save and make a buck. Now that this law is set to take place, a simple shirt that can cost $40.00 can cost over $1000.00 to be tested. Please tell me how is that saving money.It can be stopped but we must work fast and call our politicians to have this amended now. It can affect the average ebay seller, church sales, and all the thrift stores.
